Learn how to make Easy and Tasty Dahi Phulki at home with Chef Varun Inamdar on Rajshri Food.<br /><br />Ingredients for chutney:<br />-3-4 Dried red chilies<br />-1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds<br />-10-12 Garlic Cloves <br />-3 Tbsp Water<br /><br />Ingredients for Phulki:<br />-1 cup gram flour<br />-Salt as required<br />-1/2 tsp baking soda<br />-Water as required<br /><br />Tempering:<br />-1 Tbsp Emami Healthy & Tasty Refined Rice Bran Oil<br />-1 Tbsp Cumin powder<br />-1 small onion sliced<br />-2 Tbsp Coriander leaves<br />-Green Chillies (Slit)<br />-1 Tsp Cumin Seeds<br /><br />Method <br />Method to Make Flavour Chutney<br />Grind the red chilies along with cumin seeds and few garlic cloves<br />add water and grind it.<br /><br /><br />Method for Dahi Mix <br />Mix yogurt, the prepared flavored chutney, and salt<br />Add little water and mix it well<br />Refrigerate it for 15-20mins<br /><br />Method for Phulki<br />Add Gram Flour, Baking soda and salt<br />Add the prepared flavor chutney to the mixture and mix it.<br />Add water to prepare the batter <br />Add oil to the pan and heat it<br />Add heated oil to the batter<br />Add the prepared batter in the oil, increase the heat and wait for it to turns yellowish-brown<br />Once done remove the excess oil <br /><br />Method for Dahi Phulki<br />Add the phulki to the prepared Dahi mix.<br />Garnish it with onions, Chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, and fried mustard and serve it
